Exclusive: Kabaka Mutebi seen in Namibia park

KAMPALA. The first photo of Kabaka Ronald Mutebi has surfaced after a prolonged absence from public view.

The photo copied from private social media users and shared by Mengo spokesperson Israel Kazibwe, depicts the Kabaka seated alongside a gentleman identified by a Facebook page-Agfa mu Lubiri as Ambassador Ndawula with the latter holding the Kabaka’s arm. 

The background suggests a remote, forested area which according to Mr. Kazibwe is a “game facility” in Namibia.

Last week, Buganda’s Katikkiro, Charles Peter Mayiga, reiterated that the Kabaka is receiving medical treatment abroad, accompanied by his medical team for ongoing care. 

Mayiga stressed the importance of responsible social media usage during Buganda Kingdom Lukiiko.
